Omni life science, Inc. (the "Company," "we" or "us") created this Privacy Policy in order to ensure the confidence of visitors to and subscribers and members ("you" or "your") of our web site www.omnils.com (the "Site"), and to demonstrate our commitment to fair information practices and the protection of privacy.
1. Types of Information Collected.
Automatic Information Collected. We automatically track and collect the following information when you visit our Site: (i) IP address; (ii) domain server; (iii) type of computer; and (iv) type of web browser (collectively "Traffic Data"). 2. Uses of Personal Information Collected.
We may use your Traffic Data and Personal Information in conducting our business. If you are employed or otherwise affiliated with a subscribing organization, we will use both Traffic Data and Personal Information for such purposes as may be authorized or directed by your subscribing organization. We may use Contact Data to send contact you, for example, to send you information about our company or our features, products or services, or promotional material from some of our partners. We may use your Traffic Data and Personal Information to customize and tailor your experience on the Site, displaying content that we think might interest you.
We also may use Traffic Data and Personal Information for editorial and feedback purposes, for marketing and promotional purposes, for a statistical analysis of users' behavior for product and services assessment and development, for Content improvement to inform advertisers as to how many visitors have seen or clicked on their advertisements and to customize Content and layout of the Site. We cannot take any responsibility for the collection, use, or disclosure of such information by your subscribing organization.
- We may share Traffic Data and Personal Information with companies and individuals that perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders for your health care professionals, delivering packages, sending postal mail and e-mail, removing repetitive information from customer lists, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, and providing customer service. They have access to the Traffic Data and Personal Information needed to perform their functions, but are not authorized to use it for other purposes.
- As we continue to develop our business, we might sell or buy sites, companies or assets. In such transactions, Traffic Data and Personal Information generally is one of the transferred business assets.
